  4. Remove from heat and top with a dash of dried basil for garnish

I have to admit, I accidentally decided to make this recipe. I was struggling to find a way to integrate the cauliflower into my food intake last week because of going out, so I needed to find an easy way to make use of it before it went bad. Hence, an easy way to cook and serve a FULL head of cauliflower in rice form!

If you happen to be in a similar situation, want to get in some healthy micronutrients, or just want to enjoy a vegan or gluten-free dish, this is a recipe you need to try!
